BACH Fellows Program

BACH Fellows Program

The BACH Fellows initiative assists allied health students in focusing on their careers and planning a path to college or the work place. The program provides rising high school seniors with a six-week, paid work experience in a hospital setting.

On average, 60 students participate each summer. In addition to weekly career building sessions, participants complete an Individualized Development Plan and receive in-depth personal mentoring through strong partnerships with the Baltimore City School System, The Mayor’s Office of Employment Development’s YouthWorks program and local area hospitals.

The following healthcare institutions provide in-hospital work opportunities to BACH Fellows participants:

•Good Samaritan Hospital

•Johns Hopkins Bayview

•Johns Hopkins Hospital

•Mercy Medical Center

•Sinai Hospital of Baltimore

•University of Maryland Medical Center

For information on the BACH Fellows Program, please contact Jacquetta Robinson at 443-931-3757 or by email at jrobinson@baltimorealliance.org
