BACH Welcomes New Staff

We are pleased to announce these additions to BACH’s workforce development team

Arnold Gamble will serve as Workforce Development Specialist to support BACH participants. He has nearly 15 years of experience in job readiness and talent acquisition, including recruiting for the medical field. Previous to joining BACH, he worked in organizations including the Community Assistance Network, Seedco, Civic Works Youth Build, and America Works. He holds an A.S. in Human Services from Almeda University


Sharon Ward will serve as the EARN Program Coordinator. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from Bowie State University. She comes to BACH from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she served as a Program Management Specialist. She has also worked as the Center Director of a KinderCare Learning Center and was a Professional School Counselor in Prince George’s County Public Schools and Washington, D.C. Charter Schools.
