BACH Impact Report 2022
BACH published its FY2022 Impact Report with a message from Karen Heyward-West (Executive Director Baltimore Alliance for Careers in Healthcare).
“I hope everyone has had a fantastic summer and is excited about this upcoming fall season. BACH has been hard at work in creating pathways for underemployed and unemployed residents, including high school students, in the region to free certified training and employment opportunities.
This impact report will give you an overview of all our innovative strategies and outcomes this past fiscal year as well as a glimpse of our vision for the 2023 fiscal year. We hope this information will encourage you to keep supporting us in our efforts to address healthcare workforce shortages in partnership with BACH member hospitals while delivering economic justice to vulnerable populations”
