- In Person Apprenticeship Hub Meeting – We were excited to host our in-person apprenticeship hub meeting and want to start by extending a sincere thank you to LifeBridge for generously providing the space.
- Sharon Ball – Led the discussion on equity and how it shows up in our work, particularly within apprenticeship programs and employer partnerships.
- The meeting continued with a session led by Yvette Clark from the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development, who facilitated an insightful discussion on apprenticeship recruitment strategies.
- National Apprenticeship Week – The event runs from April 26 through May 2 and serves as a nationwide celebration of the impact of Registered Apprenticeship Programs in strengthening and expanding career pathways.
- TidalHealth Joins as a BACH Employer Partner – TidalHealth is a regional healthcare system serving Maryland and the Delmarva Peninsula, offering a wide range of services, including primary care, emergency care, specialty medicine, and hospital services.
- Shevelle Montgomery of Associated Black Charities – led a session on goal setting, emphasizing the importance of clear, actionable goals and introducing a practical formula to create them.
- Mone”t Horton – Please join us in welcoming Mone’t Horton as BACH’s new Apprenticeship Coach!
